Frank was struck by a car and thrown through the air shortly before he died. Uncle Frank and Aunt Ethel were very nice relatives to have. When they lived at Bandelier National Monument they ran a dude ranch concession there and rented horses for day trips. Their place was a wonderful place to visit, with tame deer eating their flowers and grass in their front yards in the mornings. Later on when they lived in Albuquerque they were wonderful hosts, putting me (Jim C. Devenport) up for the night when I traveled to the Big City for college entrance exams. Very warm and wonderful people.
