Enclosed find a draft of $16.60 Bal of your share of your Father's estate. The Balance in Cash after Expenses Paid is $366.19
We sold the house and fence for 104.00
Total 470.19
and I charge you 57 cents for my trouble and Expense of Drafts and you are not Paying anything in the stone(??)
If anything you want to know regarding this I will gladly let you know. I have not sold your old chest. What is your price on it? You send me that and I will try to sell it and send you the money.
